The July 2026 volunteer newsletter shares transport service updates, celebrates volunteer achievements, promotes first aid training, features an inspiring volunteer story, and includes practical winter health and hygiene tips.

This edition of our volunteer newsletter thanks volunteers, celebrates Marline White’s retirement, and promotes Volunteer Week events. Updates include Meals on Wheels demand, training, transport stats, improved labelling, new vehicles, health info, and community programs supporting aged care and local services.

During this week and every other day we celebrate the amazing contributions volunteers make to our community. MTHCS volunteers contribute over 350 hours every month towards the delivery of transport, meals and social support programs including gardening and visiting within our Aged Care facilities.
