Group Based Social Support Programs
Social Support programs based in community venues run on a weekly basis across MTHCS catchment area. People are provided with morning, afternoon tea and lunch and participate in planned activities. The activities vary from group to group and from person to person based on individual needs. Activities may include outings, craft, games, reminiscing and attending community events of interest. Group members are asked to have input into the planning of upcoming activities.
